By placing an order on ceramicaciclo.com, you agree to and accept our terms and conditions of service.

All pieces are handmade, one by one, so slight variations in size and color may occur.
This happens because all items are crafted without molds or machines and use natural raw materials.

The items will only be sent after payment confirmation, whitin 2-7 business days.

The online store primarily works on a made-to-order basis. Depending on the quantity requested, production can take between 4 to 8 weeks. Please contact us with details about the product and quantities you are interested in at ceramicaciclo@gmail.com for more specific information about timelines.

The customer may cancel their order as long as it has not yet been processed by Cerâmica Ciclo.
The cancellation must be formalized via email sent to ceramicaciclo@gmail.com.

The customer must include the order number and their tax identification number (if applicable), as failure to do so may render the cancellation request invalid.

We use paper and cardboard (reused whenever possible) for product packaging.

We strive to only purchase new packaging materials when strictly necessary.

All items are carefully packed to ensure maximum safety during shipping.
